When I was moving to Ohio from Pennsylvania there were a lot of details that had to all come together in order for a smooth transition. Juli was fabulous to work with during this process. She showed me homes in the areas I requested that were in my price range. With her knowledge of the area, she made suggestions on areas I may want to consider. I appreciate all the thoughtfulness and work she put forth to find me a home in an area that I requested and within my price range. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting an offer accepted for the home I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately there were a number of bumps along the way with the seller. Juli worked diligently to make sure that everything was worked out by the time I needed to be in the home. Needless to say, despite all of the challenges of this transaction, she pulled it off and I had settlement just in time. Without her diligent work I might've been living out of a Uhaul truck for a while. I can't say enough good things about all of the time and effort she gave to make my move to Ohio a good one. I highly recommend Juli to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
